Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment: Identify hazards related to stunts, special effects, construction, heavy equipment, and locations.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce safety policies and procedures for the production.
- Training & Briefings: Conduct daily safety briefings, especially before complex scenes.
- Inspections: Check ladders, scaffolding, rigging, cables, and electrical gear before use.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry safety standards and regulations.
- Emergency Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Incident Management: Investigate accidents and report incidents.
- PPE Management: Provide and mandate appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
